Industrial robot fault and repair methods

Check 4: The JRS11 cable on the panel board is in good contact. Check 5: Check 1, 2, and 3 above to ensure that the 200V power supply ON CP1 is properly connected and the ON/OFF switch of the machine is normal. 維修2:保險絲毀壞故障原因及應對措施 A 查看PSU與其他電路板間的CP2、CP3連接件是否接觸良好。
B 如果浪涌吸收VS1短路請更換VS1定貨號:A50L-2001-0122#G431K C 二j管DB1短路 D 后備電源模塊H1毀壞
如果B或C有故障請更換相應備件 … 檢查3:查看panel board板上的EXON1、EXON2,EXOFF1、EXOFF2信號接線(xiàn) 維修:
如果沒(méi)有使用外部開(kāi)關(guān)機功能請短接信號EXON1與EXON2,EXOFF1與EXOFF2;如果使用了外部開(kāi)關(guān)機功能請查看連接電纜。
檢查 4:panel board板上的JRS11的連接電纜是否接觸良好。 檢查 5:查看上面的1、2、3確定CP1上的200V電源已接好且機器ON/OFF開(kāi)關(guān)正常請按以下步驟檢查PSU:
