.水泵拆開(kāi)的注意事項
　　(1)要準備好放置零部件的工作臺，也可擺放在木板上，切忌亂扔、亂放。
　　(2)要合理運用專(zhuān)用工具。
　　(3)拆開(kāi)配合嚴密的零部件時(shí)，要墊好木塊再用錘子擊打，制止用大錘猛擊零部件。
　　(4)有必要保持聯(lián)系面、摩擦面和光亮加工面的清洗，能碰傷和損壞。
　　2.單級單吸離心泵的拆開(kāi)
　　(1)泵蓋的拆開(kāi)
　　單級單吸離心泵泵蓋用螺栓與泵體銜接在一同，擰下螺母即可拆開(kāi)泵蓋。
　　(2)葉輪的拆開(kāi)
　　拆開(kāi)葉輪時(shí)用專(zhuān)用扳手朝著(zhù)和葉輪旋轉一樣的方向擰下葉輪螺母，取下止退墊圈，葉輪即可拆下來(lái)。若拆不下來(lái)，可用套管套住軸頭，用手錘悄悄擊打套管頭，葉輪松動(dòng)后就可拆開(kāi)，如葉輪銹在軸上，用火油浸洗后再拆。
　　(3)聯(lián)軸器（皮帶輪）的拆開(kāi)
　　聯(lián)軸器（或皮帶輪）用鍵固定在泵軸上。拆開(kāi)時(shí)用專(zhuān)用工具（拉子）把聯(lián)軸器（或皮帶輪）慢慢地從軸端拉下來(lái)，拆開(kāi)聯(lián)軸器時(shí)絲杠要頂正水泵軸頭，使聯(lián)軸器（皮帶輪）受力均勻，不要被拉鉤拉裂，更不能用鐵錘猛擊，避免造成泵軸、軸承和聯(lián)軸器損壞。
　　(4)泵殼和軸封設備的拆開(kāi)
　　把填料壓蓋松開(kāi)，然后將泵殼與托架間的螺栓擰下，即可拆開(kāi)泵殼。再用鐵絲從軸封設備中將填料和水封環(huán)鉤出，從泵軸上取下軸套和擋水圈。
　　(5)軸和軸承的拆開(kāi)
　　先拆開(kāi)軸承盒上前后兩個(gè)軸承蓋，然后用木塊墊在裝葉輪的軸端，用錘子輕打，就可把泵軸和軸承一同拆開(kāi)。一般用拉子從軸上取下軸承，注意拉子的鉤要捉住軸承的內圈，不然容易將軸承拉壞。
　　3.多級管道離心泵的拆開(kāi)
　　拆開(kāi)多級管道離心泵不需拆進(jìn)、出水管路和電動(dòng)機，只需翻開(kāi)泵蓋即可。
　　(1)泵蓋拆開(kāi)
　　先松開(kāi)泵蓋兩頭的填料壓蓋，把填料壓蓋向兩頭擺開(kāi)，然后松開(kāi)泵蓋上的螺母，泵蓋即可拆開(kāi)。
　　(2)聯(lián)軸器的拆開(kāi)
　　聯(lián)軸器拆開(kāi)在泵蓋拆開(kāi)前后都可進(jìn)行。
　　(3)轉子的拆開(kāi)
　　先拆開(kāi)泵軸兩頭的軸承與軸承蓋兩頭的螺母，將兩個(gè)軸承體卸下，用專(zhuān)用工具松開(kāi)壓向軸承的兩個(gè)圓螺母。用拉子拉下兩頭的滾動(dòng)軸承。拆開(kāi)滾動(dòng)軸承后，將軸承蓋、護環(huán)、填料壓蓋、水封環(huán)、填料套等零件從泵軸上退下，然后將軸套拆開(kāi)。用壓力機將葉輪壓出。假如沒(méi)有壓力機，可將葉輪放平墊好，用木錘將葉輪輕打退下。
　　4.蝸殼式混流泵的拆開(kāi)
　　先拆開(kāi)泵蓋，再用專(zhuān)用扳手松開(kāi)軸頭反向螺母，拆開(kāi)止退墊圈，拆開(kāi)葉輪。把皮帶輪旁的鎖緊螺母拆下，再用拉子將皮帶輪從泵軸上拉下來(lái)。放出軸承體內的潤滑油，將軸承體與泵體的銜接螺栓松開(kāi)，就可把軸承體連同泵軸一同取下，從泵軸上取下填料壓蓋并退出軸套，抽出泵軸后即可鉤出填料。接著(zhù)進(jìn)行軸承體的拆開(kāi)，先把軸承和填料壓蓋拆開(kāi)，再拆軸承前后兩只軸承端蓋，把軸和軸承一同從軸承體內退出，然后用拉子從軸上拆開(kāi)軸承。
　　5.高溫磁力驅動(dòng)泵的拆開(kāi)
　　拆開(kāi)進(jìn)水喇叭口，松勸導水錐上的六角螺母，拆勸導水錐，把橫閂旋轉一個(gè)視點(diǎn)，即可把葉輪拆開(kāi)下來(lái)，拆開(kāi)高溫磁力驅動(dòng)泵葉輪時(shí)，需用專(zhuān)用工具把兩個(gè)固定葉輪的軸頭螺母松開(kāi)，拆開(kāi)葉輪時(shí)不要用錘子擊打葉片，以防止葉片損壞。葉輪拆開(kāi)后把泵軸抽出，松勸導葉體與泵座的銜接螺栓，就可取出導葉體；再用套管扳手把橡膠軸承與導葉體的銜接螺栓松開(kāi)，取出下橡膠導軸承。再拆彎管上的填料壓蓋，鉤出填料，松開(kāi)銜接螺栓，拆開(kāi)軸封設備，取出上橡膠導軸承。
