1 化工泵聯(lián)軸器檢修

(1) 剛性聯(lián)軸器
剛性聯(lián)軸器一般用在功率較小的離心泵上, 檢修時(shí)首先拆下聯(lián)接螺栓和橡皮彈性圈, 對溫度不高的液體, 兩聯(lián)軸器的平面間隙為2. 2~4. 2 mm , 溫度較高時(shí), 應大于前竄量1. 55~2. 05 mm。聯(lián)軸器橡膠彈性圈比穿孔直徑應小0. 15~0. 35 mm。同時(shí)拆裝時(shí)一定要用專(zhuān)用工具, 保持光潔, 不允許有碰傷劃傷。
(2) 齒形聯(lián)軸器
齒形聯(lián)軸器撓性較好, 有自動(dòng)對中性能。檢修時(shí)一般按以下方法進(jìn)行:
?、贆z查聯(lián)軸器齒面嚙合情況, 其接觸面積沿齒高不小于50 % , 沿齒寬不小于70 % , 齒面不得有嚴重點(diǎn)蝕、磨損和裂紋;
?、诓讳P鋼泵聯(lián)軸器外齒圈徑向跳動(dòng)不大于0. 03 mm , 端面圓跳動(dòng)不大于0. 02 mm;
?、廴粜璨鹣慢X圈, 必須用專(zhuān)用工具, 不可敲打, 以免使軸彎曲或損傷。當回裝時(shí), 應將齒圈加熱到200 ℃左右再裝到軸上。外齒圈與軸的過(guò)盈量一般為0. 01~0. 03 mm;
?、芑匮b中間接筒或其他部件時(shí), 應按原有標記和數據裝配;
?、萦昧匕崾志鶆虻匕崖菟〝Q緊。
2 化工泵動(dòng)密封部分的檢修
離心泵機泵的動(dòng)密封是指葉輪口環(huán)部位的密封, 一般半徑方向應控制在0. 20~0. 45 mm。若間隙太小,組裝后盤(pán)車(chē)困難; 間隙太大, 容易造成泵的振動(dòng)。軸套和襯環(huán)間隙半徑方向一般為0. 2~0. 6 mm。
3 化工泵靜密封部分的檢修
化工泵靜密封部分包括泵體剖分結合面、軸承壓蓋與軸承箱體的結合面、潤滑油系統的接頭、進(jìn)出口管的法蘭等, 如檢修不能保證無(wú)泄漏, 也同樣使泵不能運行。上述部位的密封, 只要根據介質(zhì)選準適用的膠粘劑和墊片, 即能保證無(wú)泄漏?,F一般使用的剖分結合面膠粘劑為南大703、南大704。
4 葉輪和轉子的檢修
常用耐腐蝕化工泵多為單級葉輪或單級雙吸式轉子。檢修時(shí)首先檢查葉輪外觀(guān)并清洗干凈, 不管是更換備件安裝新葉輪, 還是清洗舊葉輪, 回裝后均要做靜平衡, 必要時(shí)還要做動(dòng)平衡。葉輪和軸的配合采用H/ h , 安裝葉輪時(shí)鍵和鍵槽要正確接觸。對于轉子部分的軸徑允許彎曲不大于0. 013mm , 對于低速軸彎曲應小于0. 07 mm , 對高速軸彎曲應小于0. 04 mm。軸套部分與軸的裝配采用H/ h。
對于轉子部分的軸, 檢修后軸徑向跳動(dòng)不大于0. 013 mm , 軸套不大于0. 02 mm , 葉輪口環(huán)不大于0. 04 mm , 葉輪端面跳動(dòng)不大于0. 23 mm。兩端軸徑不大于0. 02 mm。但對于結構較復雜的離心泵,上述數據根據泵的狀況標準而有所變化。
5 機械密封的檢修
對化工流程泵機封檢修時(shí), 應先用專(zhuān)用工具正確拆下機封的動(dòng)、靜環(huán), 并檢查端面磨損情況, 凡是裝機封的泵轉子, 不管功率大小, 均應做動(dòng)或靜平衡試驗。為保證密封不泄漏, 可在鉗工平臺上把動(dòng)靜面壓緊, 倒上水做滲漏試驗, 如果靜態(tài)水不漏, 說(shuō)明密封面的表面粗糙度和平面度均符合要求。安裝時(shí)端面垂直度偏差不大于0. 015 mm。部分軸或軸套的徑向跳動(dòng)值如表5。

安裝后其軸的軸向竄動(dòng)量不大于0. 45 mm。應著(zhù)重說(shuō)明的是機械密封按要求裝好后, 一定要盤(pán)車(chē), 并檢查冷卻水部分是否可靠, 防止轉動(dòng)后泄漏或損壞機封端面?;S(chǎng)所用機泵的機械密封大多為單級、雙級、串聯(lián)式密封布置, 但不管哪種密封布置均不能有泄漏現象。
(1) 機泵單級密封布置
機泵單級密封布置如圖3。
單級密封安裝時(shí), 必須保證動(dòng)、靜環(huán)平行, 軸套、軸頸部位不應有毛刺和劃傷。(2) 機泵雙級密封布置機泵雙級密封布置如圖4。雙級布置密封安裝時(shí)一定保證定位環(huán)尺寸和間隙, 并一次推到位置, O 形環(huán)不能脫出凹槽, 否則損壞機封密封面。
